The Toolbox runs on two plans: Lite, which is free forever, and Plus, a paid subscription that adds the full set of pricing, business and creative tools. This page lays out what sits on each plan, what Plus costs, and how to upgrade or cancel.

What You Get On Lite

Lite is free forever and needs no card to sign up. It gives you a working set of pricing and creative tools, enough to price real orders and name your ranges.

Tools on Lite:

• Arrangement Calculator. Build an arrangement from your ingredient list and get a suggested retail price from your markups and labour. Lite saves up to 100 arrangements.
• Pricing Guide Generator. Make a printable pricing guide for the counter or the workroom.
• Dozen Red Rose Calculator. Price a dozen roses from real stem, wrap and labour costs.
• Bouquet Name Generator. Generate bouquet names for your website, socials and product listings.
• Bouquet & Arrangement Name Ideas. Browse a themed gallery of ready-made names for inspiration.
• Florist Shop Name Generator. Try name ideas if you are starting up or rebranding.
• Florist Shop Name Ideas. Browse pre-made shop names to spark a direction.
• AI Prompts for Florists. Copy-ready prompts for reviews, social posts, emails and product pages.

The 100-arrangement figure is the number of saved arrangements Lite holds. Reach it and the Arrangement Calculator prompts you to upgrade to Plus to save more, or you can delete a saved arrangement you no longer need to free up a slot.

What Plus Adds

Plus is a paid subscription for florists who want the numbers tools and unlimited saved arrangements. It includes everything on Lite, then adds the full set of financial, planning and creative tools.

For UK customers, Plus is £12/month or £72/year including VAT at 20%. Billed annually that works out at £6/month. The underlying price before VAT is £10/month or £60/year. EU customers are billed in euros (€12.50/month or €75/year) and US customers in dollars ($15/month or $100/year); the price you see follows the currency on your account.

Eligible new accounts can start Plus with a 7-day free trial. A card is captured through Stripe Checkout, but nothing is taken until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and there is nothing to pay. If an account has already used a trial or had a subscription, the Plus button shows the next available action before checkout.

Tools Plus adds on top of Lite:

• Unlimited saved arrangements. The 100-arrangement cap comes off the Arrangement Calculator.
• Tribute Calculator. Price letter, word and shape funeral tributes from stem counts, frame costs and labour.
• Business Markup Calculator. Turn a year of operating costs, material costs and a profit target into the one average markup your shop needs.
• Bouquet Sales Break-Even Calculator. See how many bouquets you need to sell to cover your costs.
• Operating Cost Calculator. Add up your overheads and see annual, monthly, weekly and daily totals, with a chart of your expenses.
• Cost Evaluation Calculator. Work out how many extra bouquets a new cost needs, down to a daily and hourly target.
• Tax Reserve Calculator. Estimate what to move into a separate tax pot each month, with profit tax and VAT shown separately.
• True Cost of Employment Calculator. See the full cost of a hire beyond the headline wage.
• Sickness Cost Calculator. Work out what a staff absence really costs, for the UK and Ireland.
• Delivery Profitability Calculator. Check whether your delivery charges cover your true cost per drop.
• Red Rose Profit Analyser. Model red rose profit across a peak period, with wastage and bundle offers.
• Bouquet Inspiration Generator. Explore an occasion and palette through private AI reference images, then check every flower and mechanic yourself.
• Card Message Generator. Write on-brand card messages at the counter without holding up the queue.
• Review Response Generator. Draft calm, on-brand replies to Google and Facebook reviews.
• Social Hashtag Generator. Generate ten hashtag suggestions from your post, then review and copy the ones that fit.

Plus is free during an eligible trial. Digital Florists platform customers can also receive Plus tool access at no extra charge (see below).

What Partner Group Members Get

Members of the British Florist Association, the Institute of Flowers Ireland and Good Florists Guide get three of the Plus tools on the free Lite plan, as part of their membership benefits. There is no card and no subscription, and it is not a separate plan. You stay on Lite, with three extra tools switched on:

• Operating Cost Calculator. Total the fixed cost of keeping your doors open.
• Business Markup Calculator. Turn those overheads into the average markup you need.
• Delivery Profitability Calculator. Check your delivery charge against the true cost of a drop.

Your membership group supplies an access code. BFA and IoF members can find it on their member benefits page; GFG members use the code supplied by the Good Florists Guide group. To use it, open your user menu by clicking your name in the top right, choose Redeem Access Code, type the code into Access Code and click Redeem Code. The three tools open straight away and stay open while your membership runs.

The rest of the Plus tools still need Plus. A member account can start a trial or subscribe in the normal way if you want the full set.

Digital Florists Customers Get Plus

Already run your shop on the Digital Florists platform? Your account gets Plus at no extra charge. It is not switched on the moment you sign up here, so contact Digital Florists support and they will apply Plus to your Toolbox account.

Upgrading To Plus

To move from Lite to Plus, open your user menu by clicking your name in the top right of the Toolbox, then choose the Plus option shown for your account. You can also use an Upgrade to Plus prompt inside the app. Eligible new accounts see Start 7-day free trial; returning accounts see the available checkout or subscription action instead.

Managing Your Subscription

Open your user menu in the top right and go to Billing. From the Billing page you can:

• Move from Lite to Plus
• Switch between monthly and annual billing
• Update your card and billing address
• Download your invoices
• Cancel your subscription

Cancelling

Go to Billing from your user menu, then follow the steps to cancel. Before it confirms, you may be offered a few options, such as pausing for a month or two or switching to annual billing. You can skip those and carry on to cancel.

Once cancelled, you keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account drops back to Lite on its own. Change your mind before that date and you can resume from the Billing page. Cancel during the 7-day trial and there is nothing to pay.

Common Questions

What happens when my trial ends? If you do not cancel before the 7 days are up, your Plus subscription starts and the first month or year is charged, depending on the cycle you chose. You can cancel any time from the Billing page.

Can I switch between monthly and annual? Yes. Switch either way from the Billing page. An upgrade takes effect straight away. For UK customers, annual works out at £6/month including VAT, against £12/month billed monthly.

Do prices include VAT? For UK customers, the pricing page leads with £12/month or £72/year including VAT at 20%. The before-VAT prices are £10/month or £60/year. A VAT-registered business may be able to reclaim eligible VAT under the normal rules, so check the invoice with your accountant. Customers outside the UK see the price for their account currency without UK VAT.

How do I cancel? Open Billing from your user menu and follow the steps to cancel. You keep Plus access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Will I lose my data if I drop back to Lite? No. Your account and saved data stay put. You lose access to the Plus-only tools, and your saved arrangements are capped at 100 going forward. Some of that data lives inside Plus tools and only shows from those pages, so you would need Plus again to open it.

I am a BFA, IoF or GFG member. Which tools do I get? The Operating Cost Calculator, the Business Markup Calculator and the Delivery Profitability Calculator, on the free Lite plan. Redeem your membership group's access code from Redeem Access Code in your user menu. It is a membership benefit rather than a plan, so the other Plus tools still need Plus.

I am a Digital Florists customer. How do I get Plus? Contact Digital Florists support and they will apply Plus to your Toolbox account. It is not automatic, and there is no charge.
